Returns and exchanges

30 days, no questions asked

If a piece isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or an exchange. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label for orders inside the US, or instructions for Europe.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece reaching us. Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is our fault (damage, wrong item).

Engraved and personalised pieces

Engraved pieces are made for one person, so they can't be resold. They can be returned for store credit within 30 days, and of course exchanged or remade free if we made a mistake or the piece arrived damaged.

Arrived damaged?

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll remake and reship at no cost — no need to return the broken piece.

Every piece is a little different

Resin is mixed by hand; swirls and bubbles are part of it. Small variations from the photos are expected and are not a defect. If the colour family is clearly wrong, that's on us — write in.
