What we collect

• To fulfil your order: name, shipping address, email, phone (for the carrier), what you bought, and any gift note or engraving text.
• To know what works: privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) that sets no tracking cookies and stores no personal data. We also remember the campaign that brought you here in a first-party cookie for 90 days.
• If you opt in: your email for occasional notes. Double opt-in — you confirm by clicking a link, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Reviews: if you leave a review, we publish the first name you choose and your words. Never your email.

Photos you send us (custom pieces)

For personalised pieces made from a photo, we ask for your explicit consent before processing, and separately before using the image in any marketing. Photos are stored in the EU and processed by a paid AI provider that does not train on customer data. We record which provider processed which photo, so we can honour deletion requests fully.

Who sees your data

Stripe (payment), the shipping carrier (delivery), our email provider (order updates). Nobody else. We don't sell data.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of everything we hold about you at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Deletion covers our database, uploaded photos, and backups on their next rotation.

Cookies

A cart cookie, a region cookie, and the campaign cookie above. That's it — no consent banner is needed because none of them track you across sites.
